Luke Williams has called for his side to end the season in style by capping off a fine season with some silverware.
After narrowly missing out on a play-off place, Albion's development squad, unbeaten in 2013, have a chance to clinch the Sussex Senior Challenge Cup against Bognor Regis Town at the Amex tomorrow.
And Williams told seagulls.co.uk, "The lads deserve it after all their efforts but they will need to show their quality tomorrow.
"We are confident but we must stick to the basics and make sure we impose our style of football on the game.
"The boys have all played at the Amex before so they need to use that experience and take the opportunity that is in front of them.
"It will be a fitting end to the season to win a trophy as this group have been a pleasure to work with all year. But we will need to be alert and ready for what will be a tough challenge."
Albion are looking to recapture the cup they relinquished in 2012 when they were knocked out in the semi-final stage to Whitehawk.
The Seagulls will be without the Young Player of the Year Solly March owing to suspension, but Lewis Dunk, Anton Rodgers and top scorer George Barker could feature.
Toby Agdestein is set to captain the side, with Courtney Richards primed to continue in the holding midfield role. Rogan Ince and Theo Jones are also set to start.
Meanwhile, Williams praised his backroom staff, admitting that a win in the final would not just reflect on his players.
“To win some silverware is not just a reward for the guys on the pitch; it is also for the backroom staff as well.
“All the staff who support the development squad players, such as Josh Hook, Luke Powis, Dan Marsh and Nick Stanley, have played a huge part in our successes this season.
“To win the final would not only be a richly deserved reward for the players but will also showcase the high standard of work that goes on behind the scenes.
“But it is down to the boys to do the business on the pitch now, which they are more than capable of. They know what they have to do and I trust them to represent the club in the right way tomorrow.”
