Albion manager Sami Hyypia confessed it is down to him and his coaching staff to get the best out of the players and has urged his squad to focus on what they can do.
He told Seagulls Player, “I know that we have some quality in the squad and our job as a coaching team is to get all the quality out when it really matters and hold the quality throughout the season.
“We concentrate on each game as it comes and it is important we concentrate on the right things, the things we can control and not think about anything else.*
“Concentration is very important in football and we need to keep ours and not let things affect us too much.*
“We have had two games, scored nine goals and not let any in. You can be happy with that but we still have a long way to get to where I would like the team to be. We still have four weeks to work on it and hopefully on the 9th August we will be ready.”
