A frustrated Sami Hyypia says minor adjustments can help Brighton & Hove Albion turn draws to wins after another good performance only yielded a point at Watford yesterday.The 1-1 draw at Vicarage Road was a fourth straight stalemate for Albion, but also the third impressive display in the space of eight days.
Hyypia told seagulls.co.uk, “It’s frustrating because with one point every game we are not going to get any higher in the table. It would be easier to change something if we played badly, so it’s now only a little adjustment we need to make.
“We need to be more clinical and maybe more determined in the final third, and when we have a chance, we have to put the ball in the back of the net and then we will win games for sure.
“Football is not about being pleased or displeased [by performances], it's about results. It doesn’t matter how you play, if you get the right results you are the best manager in the world. If you don’t then you are the worst, but that’s the way we want to do it.
“I want to win every game and I put pressure on myself. I’m working hard for that and if we don’t win I’m not happy.
“I guess the players are enjoying the way we play; of course they would enjoy it more if we won games with this style - but I’m sure it will come.
"It’s frustrating, but that’s how it is. You can’t change the past; we need to accept this point now, just look to the future and work hard next week.”

Meanwhile Hyypia is hopeful that strikers Craig Mackail-Smith and Sam Baldock will be available for selection when the Seagulls return to action against Middlesbrough after the international break, but the Albion boss is awaiting news on Andrew Crofts, who limped off at Vicarage Road.“Sam will definitely be back and with Craig it’s a bit optimistic to say he will be back in the next game, but we’ll hope that everyone that has a chance to be fit will be.
“Crofty had a little something in the same knee in which he had the injury before. The doctor and physios don't know exactly what’s going on - because they can't see inside the knee - but we’ll know more when he goes for a scan. I don’t want to speculate what’s there or what’s not.”
