Brighton & Hove Albion defender Aaron Hughes said Fulham's fortuitous winning goal was a hard one for him and his teammates to take.
The Northern Ireland international started alongside Lewis Dunk at the heart of Albion’s defence against his former club, and told seagulls.co.uk, "Their goal was a bit lucky and it changed the game."If you come in with even a draw the reflection is completely different.*It's disappointing and to concede that type of goal isn't easy for any of us to take.
"We wanted to build on what was a good performance at Norwich City last weekend but it hasn't gone that way for us.
"We knew Fulham have good attacking players and for the first 15 minutes we coped well but after that we left ourselves open and they capitalized."

Hughes also*admitted that Albion need to try and focus on the positives to get them out of position they find themselves in."The danger is to start looking at all the negatives. We can't get away from where we are in the league and we know there are areas to improve but we've got to concentrate on the good things and continue to do them.
"If we can improve our performances and take out two or three little things, it will eventually turn for us and there's no reason why we can't climb the table.
"We're going to have a really good go over Christmas and hopefully come out in the New Year in a better position.
"We've got to get on with it now, try and improve and get our season going."
