Albion women face West Ham United in the league this Sunday at Thurrock FC, Essex, kick-off 2pm.
The Seagulls are going through a bad run of form, but head coach John Donoghue is confident his side can turn their fortunes around.
He told seagulls.co.uk, “The players have trained really well and performed to a high standard in some of the recent games, but this has not translated into goals.
“We need to regain our belief in the ability to score goals because we have certainly managed to do so on numerous occasions throughout the season.
“We can take confidence from the fact that we’ve kept good possession of the ball in recent weeks and we now just need to be more clinical in the final third.”

Donoghue is also hoping that his team can replicate the performance in the reverse fixture against the Hammers back in September - a display which he believes was one of the finest so far this campaign.
He added, “We played them early on in the season and hopefully we can reach the same heights from the game last time (Albion won 1-0).
“We’ve been lucky enough to sign a few of their players recently and I think both ourselves and West Ham realise that a bit of inconsistency comes in when you’re trying to build another team.
“We hope to have both Hannah (West) and Lily (Honor) involved at the weekend and will need to decide on the best ways to integrate both players into the team.”
Rebecca Merritt has been ruled out of Sunday’s game due to concussion, while Charlotte Young is expected to be available for the match.
