Statement on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service...
Working in partnership with Crystal Palace Football Club, Brighton & Hove Albion, Sussex Police and the British Transport Police, please be aware that it may be necessary to delay your departure from the vicinity of the stadium at the end of the Crystal Palace v Brighton & Hove Albion game (Saturday 1st December), in the interests of crowd management and public safety.*

In the event that this does occur, you will be kept informed and the stadium facilities will remain open for you to use where possible. There may also be delays to your journey home, although all agencies will be working together and taking every step to minimise such a delay, endeavouring to make full use of all available transport facilities.
