Andrew Crofts has been recalled to the Wales squad for Wednesday's friendly against the Republic of Ireland in Cardiff.The Albion midfielder has been selected by coach Chris Coleman, following a solid start to the season, and is hoping to build on his 24 international caps.Andrew Crofts
He told seagulls.co.uk, "It is nice to get call up and I am looking forward to meet up with the boys. I got called up a couple of times last year but missed out through a hamstring injury, so it is nice to be back in the mix.
"After last season’s injury I feel good, really fit and really hungry.
"It is only a short trip as the game is on Wednesday but it is against Ireland, a Home Nations match, so it should be a good match."
Crofts joins Gordon Greer, Adam El-Abd and Vitalijs Maksimenko on the list of Albion players called up for international duty this week.
