Brighton & Hove Albion’s Adam Chicksen has extended his current loan deal at Fleetwood Town until the end of the season, including any potential play-off fixures.

The left back joined Fleetwood at the end of February on an initial one-month deal, making seven appearances for the Cod Army as they attempt a late surge into the League One play-off places.

During the defender’s time with the Lancashire side they have managed two wins, three draws and suffered two losses, and currently sit three points outside the top six.
