Brighton & Hove Albion captain Bruno says the side will need to rediscover their winning momentum following a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa on Friday night.
*
Glenn Murray’s goal earned Albion a draw following Nathan Baker’s opener, and the Spaniard admits that an international break can make it hard to regain a winning habit.
*
He said, “We knew it was really important game for us, and after the international break it’s sometimes difficult to start again.
*
“We knew it would be difficult because Aston Villa are a big club with very good players. They have a lot of quality upfront and we didn’t have our best game.
*
“They were crossing a lot of balls into the box during the game and we had to stay focused.
*
“They’ve got good players and a manager that knows this league very well. It was very tough.”

The Seagulls skipper also wished former assistant manager Colin Calderwood all the best after his departure was confirmed on Thursday.
*
“It’s a big loss for us. He was so popular, but we are looking forward now and wish him the best of luck.
*
“He’s experienced and knew the league a lot. His character is very positive and it’s a big loss, but we have to move forward.
*
“Everyone was surprised, and we didn’t expect this, but it’s life. These things happen and everyone has their reasons.”
