Brighton & Hove Albion chief executive Paul Barber says that rewarding loyalty and ensuring value-for-money were the two key drivers in setting season-ticket prices for 2016/17.
We are incredibly proud of the club and its fans."

The club announced prices for 2016/17 earlier today, with a minimal increase for existing season-ticket holders - regardless of which division Albion compete next season."We've made no secret of our aim to play at the very highest level of English football, and while there's no guarantee of that next season, we will be doing everything we possible can to make that step up.Paul Barber
"This approach means that those fans who've been with us on that journey benefit from the greatest value price for 2016/17 - whichever league we play next season.

"We've worked hard to maximise the value of the season ticket in recent seasons, with the extended matchday travel zone and the addition of an 18-21-year-old pricing bracket, making prices even more affordable for families."This is another step forward and one which we feels both rewards our existing season-ticket holders, and demonstrates that our commitment to them is a long-term one, just as their commitment is to the club.
"We still need to grow our fan base. We want the stadium to be sold out, and we still have some room - although not a lot - to grow our season-ticket base.
"As chief executive of this club, and I speak for Tony Bloom and the board, we are incredibly proud of the club and its fans. The season-ticket base is the absolute bedrock of that support and we genuinely hope they will be pleased with the approach we've taken for 2016/17."
