The club is processing tickets for members of the Auto Cup Scheme for the home leg of the play-offs and all supporters will receive a confirmation e-mail once the ticket has been processed.
If you are a member of the Auto Cup Scheme, and your payment and e-mail details are up to date and correct, you should receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your ticket has been uploaded to your season-ticket smartcard by tomorrow morning (Tuesday 30th April).
If you do not received a confirmation e-mail by tomorrow morning, this may be because:
- Your e-mail is incorrect or not registered with us. To check your personal details are correct, log on to your ticket account and click on the ‘Update My Details’ link at the top of the page.
- The e-mail has been intercepted. As it is an automated e-mail, it may have been blocked by a spam filter. Please check your spam folder and amend your settings for future e-mails.
Auto Cup Scheme members can also check if their ticket has uploaded via the club's online ticketing system.
Click on ‘Purchase History’. If the fixture status appears as Pending the transaction has gone through and is being processed.
If the fixture does not appear in your purchase history or appears with a Reserved status your transaction has not gone through and you are advised to contact the club on 0844 327 1901 (press option 3) at your earliest convenience - and NO LATER than 5pm on Thursday 2nd May.
For supporters who are not members of the Auto Cup Scheme further information on how to purchase tickets for the play-offs can be found here.
