Brighton & Hove Albion are pleased to announce that members of the 1964/1965 championship-winning side will be attending the annual Players’ Awards Dinner on Monday 20th April at the Amex.A total of eight players from the Albion team that won the Division Four title 50 years ago will be attending the dinner, including Jimmy Collins, who captained the side to glory, goalkeeper Brian Powney, Bobby Baxter, Norman Gall, David Turner, Robin (Nobby) Upton and Steven Burtenshaw.

The Football League have also allowed the original trophy to be presented at the awards dinner, while the final matchday programme from that season will be included in the Watford programme on Saturday 25th April.

Albion fans will be able to purchase a limited edition merchandise range which includes scarves, a set of 24 player cards produced by the Historical & Collectors Society for £3 or two packs for £5. The society have also created a stamp cover.
