Today it appears a person was ejected for foul and abusive language which carried on as an altercation outside the South Stand after the game.

We all understand the rules apart from it seems players who have diplomatic immunity from the ruling since they are on the pitch. Several times at the game today it was very clear to hear the "f" word from players whilst in the stands.

What do the club or even the league propose to do about this as a fan can be ejected for swearing whereas a player is not - hardly fair is it ?

I'm afraid I can't comment without the full facts, and won't on a public forum except to say I would be very surprised if anybody has been ejected without first being warned. Ask the club is not really the place for this type of complaint. I would suggest writing to the club's safety officer. As for players using foul language, I didn't personally hear any, but I will pass on your comments.
