They keep suspending my phone for no reason - I now want shot of my contract with them (which only runs until January). Every month on at least one occasion they suspend my phone due to a bill being 'overdue' (it says this on the online bill and when I try and dial out) - but the bill is nowhere near being due. I call from a landline to their 0870 number and they unsuspend it (which sometimes takes up to 24 hours) - happened again today and I called to complain. They offered me 2 days refund of line rental, but won't refund all the calls I have to make to them or anything else. They also won't let me out of my contract.
Any ideas what to do?!? They also keep hanging up on me when they don't know what to do (after leaving me on hold for ages) - I've found a freephone number to call on saynoto0870.com and I'm just calling repeatedly. Very frustrating.
