Nearest pubs too full. The Roebuck is shut but just beyond that is The Fentiman. It's OK. Gets slightly less packed and you would need to leave Oval before 1 to avoid queues. http://www.thefentimanarms.co.uk/ Be hard to eat without missing lots of wickets. I'd stay in the ground.
Have a good day and hope you get to see England bat. Slightly jealous..........

Good advice, and also slightly jealous. I'd stay in the ground too - if you don't want to miss any cricket it's too much of a hassle to bother going out. Plenty of concessions inside the ground, go for a curry after play has finished

When did the Roebuck shut down? Always used to go there before watching a match at the Oval.
