Looney's favourite Canadian Lord Black has been accused of stealing more than $400m from his former company Hollinger, the previous owners of the Daily Telegraph.

Among the allegations are that Black charged the company $43,00 for a birthday party for his wife.

Honestly, you let these people into the country and see what happens...
