OK, Here's the deal. I'm going to be stuck indoors again all day tomorrow - not ill this time but waiting for Autowindscreens to replace my rear screen again because of a problem with the glue.

Anyway, to while away the hours, I'm happy to run another game for the benefit of all you poor sods at work. But what to play. Here are a couple of suggestions.

1) A rerun of the C64 FA Cup - seemed popular last time but requires a good 2 hours in Live Chat.

2) NSC Superstars - I come up with this idea today. Basically it requires little input from players and lets me play games all day. Basically, 8 people choose a Superstar from the past (Brian Jacks, Kevin Keegan etc.) and I play 8 80's games (Space Invaders, Moon Cresta, Hyper Sports, Hyper Viper fruit machine etc.) on behalf of these players with the winner of each game getting 10 points, 2nd getting 7 and so on.

3) The return of NSC Catchphrase. Problem with this one is I used all of my good ideas last time and my webspace is flaky.

4) Some kind of Trivia game - maybe in Live Chat. Carrying on the C64 Theme, it could be Saint & Greavsies Sport Triangles or something similar.

Or finally

5) Get a life, you sad twat and do your Open University Assignment like you're supposed to.

I would like to play the FA Cup game again. The tension, the excitement. Simster's defence, El Pres getting whacked out in the first round. The all scouse final, the Albion getting a 0-0 with Arsenal at the Goldstone, jumpers for goalposts, drainpipe jeans.

Marvellous scenes.

As long as we can find 7 other people who can spend a couple of hours in Live Chat then I'm happy to do it again. If you can spend 3 hours then we could start in the first round if my fingers could cope!

Hopefully be able to start about 2pm. I must do some cleaning and stuff this morning whilst waiting for the glass people.

Have to say I will have to stand down form the FA cup game, I want to have tomorrow off so am gonna be well busy today getting extra work done

I've just found an old PC game that might be ideal - Gone to the Dogs.

Basically, it's just betting on dogs with minimal form guides and then a video clip of an actual race from Hove! Seems to allow for a large number of players as well so could be a good candidate for Live Chat this afternoon.

Any takers?
