There is no stopping that - but each club in administration is normally a victim of a chairman's vision going pear shape or mis-management.

The point is never forget what happened to what you love once and how other people showed some solidarity at the time.

Odd fact:

Notts County are the only team in Nottingham. Nottingham Forest are across the river in West Bridgford - in other words, County are in Nottingham and Forest are in Notts.

I think. Was true last time I was there, anyway.

I believe they have already been given the longest period of 'stay' than any club ever, so it could be said that the authorities HAVE bent over backwards for NC.

If the FA ever wake up read to the writing on the wall in football, then perhaps this club's plight might be doing some good to help the future of the game.

There should be an essential 'float' for all league clubs that covers all base expenses, shared from all clubs including of course the prem. After that, it's up to the club to handle all other moneys and affiars. I'm sure the FA 'could' figure something out.

I feel for the club etc, but i still haven't forgiven them for beating us in that Playoff final, oh how different things could have been.
