Apologies if this has been asked a million times, but does anyone know what is happening regarding Notts County away, ie if it's all ticket or not?

I think they have a big away end so hopefully not but you never know what the local plods are like.

Official site says no news yet- but the game's less than two weeks off so does that mean it's unlikely to be all ticket?

I shall be there with my new mrs who is handily from nottingham.

true, though if England play like they did against Wales/ Samoa then it'll be a France-NZ final, which it's hard to get too interested in!

No news on the site which means Notts County haven't told us yet

Ring them and ask them

i would have thought that if Brighton want this to be all ticket for Brighton fans, they would have to stump up the cost of printing the tickets themselves.

It is hardly fair on County who are about to go "splash" is it, when the AMS is Brighton's problem.

Dave, Brighton have no say in away matches.

It is up to the club hosting the game whether the match is all ticket or pay on the day.

I can never understand why people go on at our club for other clubs decisions

We only have AMS because we are required to show that we are keeping tabs on away fans

Like I said ring Notts County if you want to know anything

Rant over

I stand corrected.

I was under the impression that the club introduced an AMS scheme following trouble at games like Southend in order to minimise trouble

AMS is there just to cover ourselves if there is any trouble that we know who has gone and can be dealt with.

Let's face anyone can have their name down on the list. BUT if they get thrown out or whatever then their name can be removed. (Easily got round though by using a mates name and address)

It is there really just to show people we are making an effort (helps with Falmer too)

I just needed to know if a couple of "floating fans" would be able to come or not. I can't believe there's time to send the Albion the tickets now and put them on sale in less than 2 weeks so hopefully it won't be all ticket.

Just noticed the away end at Meadow Lane holds 5,400 so I doubt if even the most suspicious police force would decide that requires ticketing.

Notts police always seem really friendly... Had a good chat with some of them when Forest played P*mpey the other week.:)

really looking forward to this game, can't seeing it being all-ticket now as would leave it a bit short notice to get all the tickets sorted out unless you can buy in person at the club shop

There is some travel instructions too as Junction 24 is closed for roadworks.

if you get as far away from center of nottingham as forest ground (trent bridge) then you have passed countys ground. both on left as you come out of city on a52. with river trent seperating them.
im just turning up without ticket, as confident there is no problem. :clap2:
