Sorry if there has been a thread for this which I’ve missed, but I just stumbled across a very moving short video (2mins 11secs) released for mental health awareness. Not ashamed to admit I shed a tear.

Anyway, in case you haven’t seen it, here it is:

My Nephew only 17 tried to kill himself again just before Christmas, thankfully he survived a 50ft fall.
look out for folks, just showing an interest and a five minute chat with someone can help.

Sorry but bump, I think a lot of people might want to watch this. If it helps once person make a difference it’s worth the irritation of the bump
