Can I please draw your attention to the following thread on the main board.
Pompey Tickets (Postal) - Got Yours Yet?
There seems to be a suspiciously high number of tickets ordered online before Christmas that haven't arrived yet. Mine were ordered on 17th December and hadn't arrived by this morning's post. Many appear to be in the same boat. It seems doubtful they will arrive now. In order to try and pre-empt chaos that will no doubt ensue on Saturday with the shop, ticket booth and phone lines all being swamped by huge numbers of irate punters, can the club please give some serious thought to accepting alternative proof of purchase e.g. confirmatory email/text from the club online booking site. Otherwise it's likely to be mayhem on Saturday. Cheers.
