Now i am no football scout, but i am watching Brazil v Mexico from the comfort of my desk at work and I feel with a bit of nurturing from Gus he could do a job for us. Might need a bit of work on the hair do but i think he could push Ashley Barnes for a starting place.

Um. Considering Santos have said it would take a bid over £30,000,000 to get Neymar from them, I think he might be a little over the budget for this season.

Edit: According to Santos’ president, Luis Álvaro Ribeiro, Neymar is priceless. Just like Messi, just like Cristiano Ronaldo. He has a release clause of £57 million, but it’s hard to see anyone paying that kind of sum, even for him.

Yeah i suppose i am being a little unrealistic, what about Hulk? Bit strong target man, could help Macca with a few goals this season.

No thanks. The insipid little thing reminds me of a Thai lady-boy, and he plays like one. He would not last two minutes in English football. I would rather have the Mexico goal scorer, Peralta any day of the week. Oh, or Hulk.

If we had £57 million to spend i think we would be better off going for Zaha from Palace.

I'd rather smash down the North and South Ends, raise the capacity by another 20,000 and slash prices...

Ps are you sure you could get Palace to agree to such a pathetic bid of £57m ? i'm not so sure...
