So, with the current rich vein of form how do we see the next 5 games panning out. heres my predictions, based on the following very strong evidence.
1) Cannot remember last time i got a correct score
2) Said we'd lose at Sheff Utd
3) Not been able to see the lads play for close to 2 years now

Forest (H) Win by the odd goal, expect Forest to give it a real good shot, despite recent results. Would not expect them to roll over too easily 1-0
Leeds (A) Draw. No reason why we cannot after our great run of results against "big"teams 1-1
Derby (H) Win. Reckon this could be a pretty open game and see us edging it by odd goal. going for 2-1
Sunderland (H) Draw. 1-1
Cardiff (A) Draw Dour 0-0

unbeaten and 9pts from 15

would take that very happily.

Forest (h) Draw - They played well yesterday and with a new manager will want to impress 1-1

Leeds (a) Win - They have nothing to scare us, could well be in administartion by then and we always raise our game at the "bigger" clubs/ grounds. 1-2

Derby (h) Lose - We always lose these mid-table games. 0-1

Sunderland (h) Draw - Open game with both defenses working overtime. 0-0

Cardiff (a) Win - We will walk it 0-2

8 from the 15 for me

Forest (h) Draw 0 - 0 - watching the championship, forest looked good. i think they'll stay up.

Leeds (a) Draw 0 - 0 - settle for that

Derby (h) Draw 1 - 1 - one of the tougher games at home

Sunderland (h) Lose 0 - 2 - lets be honest, the black cats are a bit too good for us

Cardiff (a) Lose 0 - 1 - don't like putting this one in but gut feeling

3 points out of 15 :(

Forest (h) - 1-1 draw. Megsons first few games so they will be out to impress

Leeds (a) - 2-1 win. We always play well against the bigger teams away from home.

Derby (h) - 2-2 draw. derby are an open attacking side like crewe but we have improved since playing them.

Sunderland (h) - 0-2. they are good defensively and can score goals.

Cardiff (a) 0-0. nice boring game.

i know, then i'm never disappointed.

even if we only got 3 points from next 5 games, we still need only 11 or so points to secure safety so we'll still stay up.

And to think, you could have had my Forest ticket but Marc has changed his stag do so that I can go to that game now:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: Do you want the Millwall or Sunderland ticket mate?

Like moggy, I'm not overwhelmed with optimism about the next five games. But - in the spirit of Mark McGhee's ambition to achieve 50 points for safety - I'm not too concerned either.

We can probably afford to write off Derby County and Sunderland (even though they are both home games). Five points will do for me - a win against Forest and draws against Leeds United and Cardiff City looks to me the most likely way to get them.

I'm sure any one of us would - that's the sort of form Arsenal would have expected at the beginning of their season!
In the league we have been unbeaten for several games, which is brilliant,
but do you really imagine we'll go unbeaten for all those matches?

Forest (H) Win
Leeds (A) Draw
Derby (H) Lose
Sunderland (H) Lose
Cardiff (A) Lose

Leaving us with 12 games to win 10 points.

Having made that prediction though we coul well grab a draw at home to Derby and then turn over Cardiff. We should be looking at 4-8 points I think.

Forest (H) Tough game - they looked useful and committed yesterday, I smell a draw. 2-2

Leeds (A) Can't see us getting much here, but we won't be thrashed. 0-1

Derby (H) Good team, but we'll raise our game. 1-0

Sunderland (H) Ditto, but a better team. Close game, 0-1

Cardiff (A) Perfect game to bounce back, will score early and come under siege but hold out. 1-0

So ... W2 D1 L2, 7 points would be fine.

Forest (h) Draw - I reckon we'll equalise in the last ten minutes when Dawson (the most overrated player in the league) goes walkies and McGammon nods one on a plate for Leon.

Leeds (a) Win - We'll simply be too good for them if we stay in the sort of form we're currently in.

Derby (h) Lose - All good runs come to an end eventually. And Derby need the points to stay in touch with the play offs

Sunderland (h) Draw - A great open game and a 2-all draw in NSC's sponsored match.

Cardiff (a) Draw - as usual.

That's 6 from the 15.
