If we can open up a ten point gap on Newcastle, even this early, it will be very hard for them to make up. We have lost five games in fifty.

True, but it's an indication of their form. Newcastle have lost all their games to date, they haven't played well. Against Fulham they produced almost nothing and against Huddersfield it wasn't much better. You have to expect they'd improve drastically, so it's good we are playing them away and before they get a chance to gel.

Reading is never an easy place to go, and Newcastle are wounded. They will come good soon you can be sure. I'd say four points at best.
