Really dull day watching NZ bat at glacial speed with chances failing to go to hand - and then the last hour or two - just crazy turn around. Looking forward to the final day, then the long trip home for the match at the Amex next weekend!

Record breaking England team could end up on the end of a rather unwanted one here.
Indeed, But like DeZerbi ball - Bazball brings both ends of the pleasure spectrum. There is no middle ground - and that's just why both approaches are so exciting at the moment. What better way to end up on the end of an unwanted record than by going for another (wanted) record. Love it.

Stokes is getting a bit of gip from his battered body. Hope he can get a few more years from it.

5th day, presume Robinson will be told to hit out & get out then it is Pope, Root, Brook and Stokes.

If they can't get 210 with that batting lineup then the Kiwis will have bowled out of their skins...

Not sure I love Bazball being played at all costs. This Test I would have liked to see us NOT enforce the follow on but bat up a lead of 500 and put them in on a fifth day pitch without a chance of winning. It would have ensured a series away win . We will probably chase down the runs tomorrow but unfortunately we have given NZ a glimmer of hope - especially if we collapse before lunch
