For those who wish to recreate the Withdean experience on your living room table you may wish to add the following:

Plus you will need a plastic meccano set to make the stands

It looks nothing like Withdean.

There's no long jump pit (with blue cover) or hammer net.

Get it sorted.

If you'd been watching Blue Peter you'd know that for the Hammer net an old washing up liquid bottle, some sticky backed plastic and some model paint would recreate the look immediately. For the long jump pit take some sand home from the beach, put it in a cut down matchbox and cut out a piece of material from an old pair of jeans and cover it.
