KERRY, ON HIS JERSEY...

Mayo...In defence.
An article about Kerry Mayo... now that got you reading! You see, the thing with Kerry is that you either love him or you hat him...like marmite or Nissan Micra's.
Our ginger prine is loved by all, (or at very least admired) for being the last suviour of the Goldstone era. He has been with us through thick and thinn, he has lost his place in the team, and survived an own goal at Hereford.
Now, we know it's going to be a tough year ahead, but just you remeber - ITS NOT KERRY'S FAULT! The last time we were at this level he was runner up in the 'player of the season' vote.
Next year, he earns his testimonial - and it's certainly deserved..10 years at any club is an acheivment, especially when you consider how much weve progressed since '95!
10 odd goals in almost 300 league shows isn't...astonishing...but he's a defender, he's a survivor, and while we're at it a jolly nice bloke aswell.
