The whole club is clearly completely under-staffed. Take the Young Seagulls for example: we only have a Young Seagulls Co-Ordinator, a Young Seagulls Project Manager, a Young Seagulls Schools & Liaison Officer, and a Young Seagulls President. Surely to God we need a few more appointments!
