This was crazy. I live in Raleigh and graduated from NC State. Had no idea my Alma mater's band was at Amex on the day we qualified for Europe! Have been watching Youtube videos from the Amex today nonstop and came across a random video showing them. Absolutely blew my mind. Very jealous of those kids, wish I could have been there.

They were absolutely amazing I thought. They are doing a few stops on a European tour, had come to us from appearing in Ireland. I spoke to the baton twirling guy to sing his praises, who was just so talented, like a principle ballet dancer. Some great USA YouTube footage of them in action, with about 5x the number they have on this tour.
Made me laugh when Saints fans, right next to them, vociferously chanted '2-0 and you f/ed it up' wondering what they made of it. :) Also imagine they liked their renditions of 'When the Saints'

Their GOSBTS was even faster than ours.

It did make me chuckle as Southampton fans are used to their (very) tinpot quartet playing before each game, would have walked into that lot, and thought 'oh f**k off'
Saints Brass are more than a quartet.
Having been to Saints a few times, yesterday walking up from the Bridge Car Park I initially thought it was Saints Brass….. until I realised they were playing GOSBTS and there were millions of them.
A welcome diversion. It would have been good to see them marching, but would have been difficult because they would need quite a lot of space.

Did anyone film them?
Watching on the telly I had assumed the mass block in the South East corner were all Japanese in their new red shirts and scarves. Fare does when I realised they weren't they were really getting into the game.
