Apart from 2 goals against Torquay on debut, the occasional (tired of watching it learn a new trick taffy) step over and a goal against Forest, what in the hell has he ever done to warrant a place in the starting lineup?

He cant run, takle, pass to a player in the same shirt as himself or head the ball.

He is crap, anyone beg to differ?

He seemed to start the seaosn off playing pretty well but over the games we have played so far this season he has got progrssively worse.

Think its time for Piercy to get a chance to start a few games in his place.

He's one of several player who don't look much cop. Sadly for him he tends to do it more often than most.

Hove, f***ing ACTUALLY.
Although slightly unfair to make Jones the scapegoat, he has been getting progressively worse apart from one or two games when he returned from injury, and last nights performance was a disgrace for any professional footballer.

I wonder how he will side step that particular issue in his 'me and my mates are such a great laugh' page in the sports arsegas.
No doubt with some witty repartee about his latest antics with His 'mates' Booker Charlie and Wilkins.

Still I am sure for as long as his 'mate' is running the show he will be OK.

Rant over, just very disapointed in one of our 'senior' players

He screams in a silly welsh voice quite a bit, and drift into the middle when he should be on the wing.

I heard he is a comedian, he must be, he says he wants to play for Wales. That cracks me up every time i hear it. Jones or Giggs, hmmmm

He's not good enough. The only reason he keeps his place is because we have no options to replace him. And please, nobody suggest Piercy....

Would have agreed with you. And in fact, did until last night. He wasn't superb - but then nobody was - and he did a lot more during his first 5 minutes on the pitch than Jones did during thw whole first half.

Jonesy goes through varying levels of form, and the moment it's the lowest of lows. He'll be back, but for now why not Piercy?

I agree Piercy did more in the time he was on than Jones did against Bournemouth and the hour he was on last night.
