Sven Goran Eriksson's girlfriend has revealed her special fitness regime: plenty of sex.


Nancy Dell'Olio said making love with the England head coach was the best way to keep in shape.

But she refused to reveal what tactics or special moves she uses to shed the pounds.

The fiery Italian spilled the secrets of her relationship in an interview with Jonathan Ross.

Asked for her tips on staying svelte, the 41-year-old replied: "To make love and to be in love."

"I have the best coach in the world," she said. "He gives me a list and I do the exercises.

She added: "I'm not giving away our secrets."

Dell'Olio's interview will be shown later this week in a special Sport Relief edition of the BBC1 Friday Night With Jonathan Ross programme.
