With this new money grabbing scheme etc, god forbid if the worst thing happens and we dont get the stadium do the club plan to refund every one who has put money in for their name on the seats. If the club decides not to this could be very bad as it is breaking the law as they are not supplying the goods or service paid for and they could be really f***ed.

The name on seats is a token gesture as a 'thank you' for making a DONATION to the clubs coffers. Thats right, an optional donation. If Falmer doesn't happen, this club is f***ed anyway. And you'd then be looking to sue them for your money back because the stadium plans have fallen through and you don't get your name on a seat ?
