Fcuking Vile all of it. What would I do for a Tuna Nicoise Sarnie or some Sushi

I've just cooked up a potato gratin with meatballs and a side of sausages in a plum tomato sauce served with fusilli pasta all covered with lashings of cheese.

OK I plumped for 2 fishcakes and chips from Tonys Plaice, medium portion even though I asked for large!
Pretty tasty so far but no sauce at work just pepper!

I had a pair of custard creams and a glass of apple juice (from concentrate).
The custard cream, unfortunately, has only reminded me what a noble beast the Bourbon is and how i should be eating them (devouring top layer, before scraping the rich centre with teeth).
