Its been a couple of years since I was back in the UK and my supply of smuggled beers has long since been depleted. So I found a recipe and had a go at making my own. It tastes bloody good and close to the original. The next thing I need to do is somehow get hold of the correct yeast.

Any Ideas on how?

And yes it does have a large head, I pour it that way deliberately.

i have read that homebrewers used to get yeast residue from Guinness bottles for making clones. might work, though possibly not much help in Oz.
