I have just had one of the best evenings of my life. I have just got home from an evening in the presence of the greatest player to have ever worn an Albion shirt. He turned up (on time) at Borders in Churchill Square and chattted to the fans in a relaxed, honest and hilarious manner for 45 minutes. He then stayed behind for another hour signing as many autographs as you wished for and posing for photos. He even had a chat for 5 minutes with my brother on my mobile phone.
The legend and my boyhood hero is such a top bloke. So often our heroes dissappoint us when we meet them in the flesh. Tonight he made many fans dreams come true and had time and dignity for everyone. Long live the king! We all live in a Wardy Wonderland, a Wardy Wonderland........

Yes he was a legend at the six-a-side footy. No problems signing the many posters, videos, etc and having photo's taken. Top bloke.

Yes Lord Bracknell, he did tell the Cloughie/Coach story (again) and it still makes me laugh.

Tell us all then !!
