Emusic.com is the best website if you like indie music- none of the major labels have signed up to it so if you are into more mainstream music it might not be great. But it's cheap!

((Sony have recently signed but emusic are not allowed to publish any music released within the last 2 years))

If you are not planning to take you music away from your 'puter, then Spotify is a pretty good bet, plus you get to hear all sorts of other musuc too. Sounds pretty good when played through the HiFi as well. Oh, and if per chance you have "Replay Music 3" then apparently you can recored at high quality (320kbps) from Spotify too

Alterantively, download WinRAR and type the album you want into Google and it is normally always on Rapidshare.

For example: "Michael Jackson, Off the Wall .rar"

more goodness from emusic...

you get 50 downloads free if you try it.

Not sure if you need to get an invitation or simply go to the site.

PS deletebeepbeepbeep: only just saw you'd already mentioned emusic!

Thats crazy, people could so easily just upload a virus as "michael jackson, off the wall.rar"
