I believe goalkeeper Tommy Reid travelled but not sure that he got on the pitch.

I erred - no. 15 is Leigh Kavanagh, not Charlie Penman. And Tommy Reid did indeed get on the pitch.

I managed to track down a press team listing for the match. Obviously the shirts the players wore did not match the listing, hence the mis-identification of the players involved:-
