Mobile Phone Contracts

My phone contract runs out in March of next year. I really want an Iphone, but i have to honour my contract dont i?
Is there any way of breaking the contract at all? Are 02 the only people that you can have a contract with an Iphone with? Any suggestions about this would be greatly appreciated!

At the moment its only o2, but t-mobile are trying to get in there as well. Generally yea, hte only way to get out of your current contract would be to pay them off the remainder

Or buy an iphone from e-bay and stick your sim card in it, not sure about un-locking iphones though

You can break the contract but you would have to pay out the remaining months of the contract.

So that not breaking it, is it ? if you pay up the remainder you are settling the agreement not breaking it.
