Please could you tell me when the club are going to sort out the loyalty points on the system, seems that there are ongoing issues. My points have gone from 1322 down to 1280 and my daughters have been reduced by the same amount. The totals are now incorrect. Please don't ask me to contact the club as I have sent 4 emails in the last 2 weeks and have also made a phone call about this and have yet to receive any reply which I find a little disappointing. I see from other posts that I am obviously not the only person who is having this problem with points. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated. This is not a moan but just a concern, thank you.
