I am currently on a quest to become a millionaire (overnight) i am approximately 1/1,000,000th of the way there after finding a £1 coin on the way home,

If you wish to join this fantastic quest, please send £1 of your money via paypal to neilkane@gmail.com

Its only a £

The way it works is like a charity collection. lots of people make a small pledge which although seems meaningless after a few have arrived becomes slightly respectable.

Once my pile is sufficient I will donate the entire sum to the club. thus wiping out our poverty,

:clap2:

I will keep everyone informed on the running total, lets try and get at least £100. Dig Deep Lads and indeed Ladettes.

Many Thanks

Kaney

PS, this is very much NOT a joke.

Why not just all send a £1 to the club? Or is the irony of this post lost on me.

The club will benefit less from small donations, as the processing will increase costs.

Believe me, I do business studies, and i'm good! :D

I will, only if you send me the interest you account gains once you hit the 1million mark. Deal?

I assure you, any interest after my account reaches £1,000,000.00 (ONE MILLION GREAT BRITISH POUNDS) you can have.

I feel the first positive response will provoke a Crystal Palace defensive situation, in which the flood gates open.

I will add a further £1 to the pot, if it makes everyone happy.

paypal charges are gonna decrease the pound people donate down to 96pence. Lets not make paypal people rich at the same time.

I didn't think they charge 4% on small amounts. 2.5% i thought, still less than the club will lose through individual £1 donations.

Yes but the club will lose at least 10% of a £1 donation. Plus you have to pay the postage, so why not add 10p and donate £1.10 to cover the charge.

Or, if you think that is a profit making request. Add whatever you can afford e.g £1.04 or work it out ???
