Good on him. Think he's been treated disgracefully personally.

So do I.

Why? It's not as if he hasn't had his chance. He wasn't able to perform the sort of role that McGhee wanted him to, and he wasn't able to adapt. In this team we can't afford to have people that don't pull their weight and MMc believes that defending starts up front.

One goal in the 2 starts his made (correct me if I'm wrong) is hardly a bad return. Players that come to England from foreign leagues just need a bit of time to adapt. You can't really argue that he was given a fair chance.

Falmer
He's had a year to adapt and McGhee has clearly seen no improvement.

He, along with all the other players, have had a chance.

To get into the first team he needs to show perform well in the reserves and in training, which he clearly has not done, and to show improvement in the individual aspects of his game that the coaches have told him to improve on.

Anyone that is good enough will get a chance.

He's obviously pants!! Chris McPhee had done a lot more than Malongo last season and people are still saying he's shit and should go.

Why do so many people think MM should be given so many f***ing chances?

And by the way.....didnt he score loads pre-season for us last season?? So i wouldnt got too carried away by the prolific form he is showing at Lincon.

Season loan in IMHO

With them paying 100% of wages
That would be the prefect move imo. Unless Lincoln have a spare 100k lying around. ;)

Dumping him in the reserves 2 games into the season after doing nothing wrong isn't exactly going to do much for his morale. I thought he did well against Reading and Plymouth. Wouldn't have hurt to have given him a half against Worthing & Lewes instead of re-iterating that Mark McCammon is utter pony.

Id rather keep him and send him on loan than take 100k for him at the moment. Seems a strange thing for a Brighton fan to say but at the moment we dont really need £100k - that is to say that it wouldnt make a lot of difference to us.
