Help guys...

I was telling my friend about a funny bit.. and i cant remember which episode in and he reckons i made it up, help me...

Its a really short bit, and all i can remember is its in black and white and they are dressed like surgeons with lapcoats on and one of those circle reflective things on, and the light bulb is swinging and vince is screamin over and over again...

its driving me crazy help! I wont go to sleep til i find it! x

It's the one where Vince gets an infection, Howard is shrunk and enters Vince's body to cure him.
