Im not a fan of McGhee and definitely feel that the current record of 6 wins from 49 would warrant his sacking. However its not the record that bothers me if we were to stay up but it is blind arrogancy when it comes to players and tactics which frustrates me. When he first arrived at the club he used to be on the touchline shouting out instructions throughout the game but now he just stands with his hands in his pockets without showing any emotion. It is the lack of emotion which bothers me most of all because if it was clear that he was trying his upmost i personally would still be more tolerant of the guy - rant over!
