Well said matey. MM is the 1st manager to give us any type of loyalty and thus deserves some back.

Adams - Had a better offer.
Taylor - f***ed off.
Coppell - Had a better offer.
McGhee - Not had a better offer, this is percieved as loyalty? Bearing in mind his reputation if he had walked out he'd have struggled to find another club. And just because he "shows loyalty", that does not make him a good manager.
