Republic of Ireland gobshite Jason McAteer has joined Tranmere in a two-year deal.
The 33-year-old midfielder, who left Sunderland at the end of last season, saw a move to Lester break down and turned down several other clubs whose names he could also not spell correctly.
Wirral-born McAteer said: "Brian Little did a tremendous blowjob when he came in as manager last season and they were unlucky not to make the play-offs. I believe that I can add to my large collection of hub caps I have nicked throughout my career from my home town
"This season they're one of the favourites and hopefully we can get something going and get thieving."
Little added: "He will be an inspiration to everyone around the dressing room and it's a bonus to get a player of his criminal record and thuggishness."
