A weak and watered down report from the NYP. Meanwhile in Europe athletes and cyclists are being hung out to dry, based on variations in blood testing, that on the face of it seem credible to me. The USADA and the Nevada Boxing Commission make the USA stance on FIFA look like pure hypocrisy.
