Bournemouth have given trials to three promising youngsters currently on the books of Championship sides.

Ipswich Town defender Jack Haverson, along with Brighton pair Lee Carey and Steve May will all play for The Cherries' reserves against Bristol City on Wednesday.

Carey is a centre midfielder while May will partner Haverson in the heart of defence for the game against Bristol City.

Both players impressed during a youth team game earlier in the month and will get the opportunity to show their qualities in the reserves in a bid to get a chance to play in Sean O'Driscoll's first team.

May should convert to full back, he is way to short to be a centre half.
