No, never has for me since we upgraded. I have to select it from the 'Forum Actions' drop-down in the NSC toolbar

Indeed... but that works for ALL forums. nut just the one you are in... which is not ideal.

Never used it myself, but I'll add it to the list.

That said, I think this thread was just about [MENTION=36]Titanic[/MENTION] showing off his Administrative options.
