So how come ManUre get seeded higher?

1. Chelsea finished higher in the premiership
2. Chelsea went further in last years competition
3. ManUre actually have to qualify this year

The whole point of seeding is to perpetuate the domination of the financial elite, i.e Man Ure always get easy matches until the quarter final - at which point they lose.
