Loans...

I know Gus has said he's against loans, but seeing as he has also his expressed his frustration at not being able to tempt permenant targets, I think it's something he will have looked at seriously as another option.

Now as has been discussed on here a few times, Premier League teams don't start loaning players out until around this time.

If Gus can't get his man, then I'm sure he will use his Premier League connections to get us a decent striker.

I'll eat my hat that we start the season with only Muzza, Barnes, Holroyd and Hart as our strikers.

Feel free to bump this thread and pass me my hat at the beginning of the season!

Well, for a start Lua Lua is only EVER going to be a loan signing....has been, will be !

That's true, but was thinking in terms of strikers - which i still think is our number one priority.
